He is survived by: his children, Amy Ortiz, Beth Prontiker, Scott Prontiker (Mary) and Sue Morrow (Bill); his grandchildren, Desiree, Jordan, Enrique, Denim, Katie, Jake, Stevie, Scotty (Angelina), Samantha and Jack; and his siblings, Mary Ann Prontiker and William "Bill" Prontiker (Denise).
