He was predeceased by: the mother of his child Christine Vida. He is survived by: his daughter Zoey Vida; his parents, Anna Kunig (Glenn) and Sherman David Howard, Jr. (Lynn); his siblings, Michael Howard (Christie), Alex Kunig (Mackenzie), Allen Rappuhn and Tracy Leigh (Chris); his aunts, Fran, Delores and Patty; and also, Paul, Michelle Vida and Jimbo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
