He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Bailey of Belle Vernon; his wife Lisa Bailey (Hvozdik); his son Joshua Bailey (Catie) of Greensburg; his sisters, Jody Bailey of Belle Vernon and Darla Suomela (Ryan) of Monessen; his mother-in-law Patricia Hvozdik of Port Vue; his siblings-in-law, Dan Gaydos (Brenda), Melissa Reed (Brad), Heather Algeri (Sean) and Matt Hvozdik (Jen); his nieces and nephews, Kristen Battistone (Stephen), Anthony Campieri, Kodey Suomela (Cassie), Harley Bailey (Storm), Nick Algeri (Gina), Ryan Gaydos, Brandon Gaydos, Connor Reed, Jack Hvozdik and Blake Hvozdik; his great-nephew Gotti; and his niece Imogen Suomela.
