Homa (Feruck); his daughter Donna Lynn Jakub of West Mifflin; his grandchildren, Adam Jakub (Jill), Erika Armstrong (Mike), Melissa Jakub, Holly Jakub, Chynna Rae Bugan and Charles Bugan, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Max, Jenna, Malanya and Kobe; and his brother Daniel Homa (Nancy) of Elizabeth Township. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
