Kulczynski (Elizabeth, Pennsylvania), born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 25, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kulczynski and Zorrie Kulczynski (Grba); and his brother Frank Kulczynski, III. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann "Cyndi" Kulczynski (Kollar). He is also survived by nieces, and cousins.
