It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Phillips Jr. (Elizabeth, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 6, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth Hope Phillips; his parents, Robert B. and Rae Davis Phillips, Sr.; his children, Carole Powell (Rich) of Scranton, Roger (Cheryl) of Scranton, Robert III (Pat) and Jerry (Sandee) of Clarks Summit; his cousin John Lovering; his brother-in-law Hank Cordy; and his siblings, Daniel, George Phillips and Nance Cordy. He was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity in memory of Robert.
