It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Murtha of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, born in Dravosburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Murtha and Marie Murtha (Striegel); his wife Shirley A. Murtha (Welty); and his brothers, Louis, Kenneth and William Murtha.
He is survived by: his children, Karalee Carr (John) of Hollywood, FL and Robert J. Murtha of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Meagan Knapp, John D. Sutton (Alexa), Austin Murtha (Tricia), Trevor and Louis Calderon; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Knapp, Bianca, Riley, Austin Murtha, Olivia and Roman Calderon; and his siblings, Joseph Glenn Murtha (Darlene) of Houston, TX, Timothy Ronald Murtha (Lita) of Bradenton, FL, June Andrews (late James) of Elizabeth Twp and James Murtha (Jackie) of Elizabeth Twp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
