He was predeceased by: his parents, John Prailey and Rose Prailey (DiMatti); and his sister Jean Ventura. He is survived by: his wife Carmella Prailey (Augustine); his children, Scott J. Prailey (Peggy Carpenter) of Jefferson Hills and Roxanne L. Kelly (Collin); and his sister Joan Prailey of White Oak. He is also survived by 4 nieces.
