He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Opfer and Elizabeth Opfer (Morton); and his brother Gene Opfer. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia J. Opfer (Salzer); his children, Tina Paquette (Jim), James Opfer (Cindy) of Elizabeth, Tim Opfer (Rose) and Shawn Opfer (Shanna) of Elizabeth Twp; his grandchildren, Jayme Opfer of Andrew, Brendan Opfer, Jesse Opfer and Elizabeth Opfer; his brother David Opfer (Dorothy) of Washington, PA; and his aunt Betty Morton of Monongahela. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
