She was predeceased by: her husband Paul J. Usko, Jr.; her parents, George Grivna and Helen Grivna (Harchar); and her brother Lawrence F. Grivna. She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Lynne of Elizabeth Township; her son-in-law Gregg A. Green of Squirrel Hill; her close friend Shirley Usko Hornfeck (Herman Lieb) of Jamestown; her nieces, Ellen Fagan (William) of Brookline and Lee Ann Berkey (Jeff) of Southport, NC; and her great-niece Kristin Fagan (Polly) of Brookline. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
