He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius A. Quinn and Treva Lee Quinn, Sr. (Hustead). He is survived by: his siblings, Janet M. Leyland of Elizabeth Township, Julius A. Quinn, Jr. (Mary Ann) of Centerville and Charles V. Quinn (Barbara) of Elrama. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
