She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Mansfield and Eva Mansfield (Lesofsky); and her daughter Dorothy Hamrick. She is survived by: her husband William A. Mains; her children, Lena McKinzie of Idamay, WV, Sharon Eden of Hanover, Susan Barno of McKeesport and Kenneth Elko, Jr. of Waxhaw, NC; and her siblings, William Coughenour, Bonnie Routon and Marie Papula. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
