He was predeceased by: his siblings, Zelda Mae, Marion, William, Robert, Paul and Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Thalman (Law); and his daughters, Deborah A. Hartz (Merrill) of Newport News, VA, Alene P. Smollen (John Pastor) of Elizabeth Township and Gail Kantz (Pastor Jeffrey) of Lake Wales, FL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
