Oleva Mae Gainer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oleva Mae Gainer of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, born in Grantsville, West Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Franklin and Elfie Fowler (Barr); her husband Larry Glenn Gainer; and her siblings, Dale, Glen, Edward, Duard, Victor Fowler, Geraldine Wallace, Madaline Moore and Velma McEndree.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn L. D'Ottavio (James) of Robinson Township, Patrice DeMarco (John) of Elizabeth Township, Ellen Louise Gainer of Whitehall and Ronald Gainer (Debby) of North Huntingdon; her siblings, Foster Doyle Fowler of Cleveland, OH and Imogene Hoskins (Euell) of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Trina Preffer (Chris), Nicole Sweeney (Mike), BreAnne Sartori (Gino), John DeMarco, Colleen, Michael, Vincent, Carrie D'Ottavio, Samantha Generalovich (Matthew), Danielle DeCicco (Dom), Ajsha Kester (Kyle) and Lee Thomas (Taryn); her great grandchildren, Eli, Grace, Evelyn, Adelyn, George, Mila, Alexandra, Dominic and Demi; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Fowler of Grantsville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church at 100 Timothy Drive, Elizabeth PA 15037.
