She is survived by: her sons, David Werner (Pamela) of Rostraver and Brian Werner (Amy) of Carrollton, OH; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Julia and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Alexandrea, Daxton and Terren. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
