He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris J. Decolati and Rose Decolati (Tozana) of Virginia; his brother John Decolati (late Thelma); and his mother-in-law Phyllis. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jane Decolati (Leader); his children, Beth Duval (Ted), Christopher Decolati (Maureen), Lori Decolati (Rich) and Gina Jarvis (Tom); his grandchildren, Josh, Noah, Emma Decolati, Angelo (Natalie), Nico Ackerman and Emilee Jarvis; his brother Gary Decolati (Amy); and his sisters-in-law, Doe Burtnett (Dick) and Lois Jacobavitz (Ron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
