He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Simon and Diane Simon (Chubra). He is survived by: his wife Stacey Simon (Shaffer); his children, Tyranee of Elizabeth Twp and Seth Simon of Elizabeth Twp; his sister Lisa Oslowski (Stan "Stush") of Glassport; his nephew Scott; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Courtney and Brett; his brother-in-law Doug Shaffer (Becky) of Scottsdale, AZ; and his nephew Derek.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Michael's name should be made to the Seth Simon Foundation, c/o the family or funeral home.
