He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chismar and Sue Chismar (Rebovich); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Furiga and Bobby Karleski. He is survived by: his wife Amy C. Chismar (Furiga); his children, Celine Weaver (Matthew) of Munford, TN and Stephen Chismar (Amanda) of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Landon, Cohen Chismar, Aubrey and Jude Weaver; his sister Susan Chismar of Monroeville; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Furiga (Vickie) of Huntingdon, Camille Autieri (Michael) of Mt. Lebanon, Michele Ann Engman (Bruce) of Eighty-Four, Eloise Brown (Douglas) of Beaufort, SC and Patrice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and grand-nieces and nephews.
