He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Harlan and Lucy I. Harlan (Gunder); his son Michael Harlan; and his sister Donna M. Harlan. He is survived by: his wife Pamela K. Harlan (Mayou); his daughters, Kelli M. Yant (David) of Penn Township and Susan E. Legge (Walter) of Elizabeth Township; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob, Benjamin, Gabriel Yant, Emilia and Kathryn Legge; and his brother Harold E. Harlan of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
