He is survived by: his parents, Bruce E. Neeley and Margaret A. Neeley (Neuser); his children, Ben and Kalli Neeley; his siblings, Shelley Chestnut (Mike), Jeremy and Scott Neeley (Hannah); and his sister-in-law Louise Neeley (Pacella). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and aunts.
