She is survived by: her children, Carol Mitchell of Monessen, Mark C. Yurkovich (Amy) of Elizabeth Twp and Jeffrey M. Yurkovich of Elizabeth Twp; her grandchildren, Erik, Brad, Chad, Carly and Jamie; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Owen, Eliza, Gabriel, Caroline, Hailey, Morgan, Kellan and Olivia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
