She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Prokop (Dolly) of Elizabeth Twp and Robert Prokop (Jo Carol) of Martinsburg, WV; her grandsons, Thomas Prokop (Melissa) of Laytonsville, MD and Daniel Prokop (Natalie) of Allison Park; and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Matthew, Meredith, Joseph, Nadia and Petra.
