She is survived by: her husband Richard T. Carulli, Sr.; her children, Renee' Ank (Shawn) of Elizabeth Twp and Richard T. Carulli, Jr. (Jannette) of Elizabeth Twp; her grandchildren, Matthew Ank, Addison and Danniella Carulli; and her sister Rosanne Vario of Jefferson Hills. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
