He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Theros of Brethren Village and Donald Lind; his wife Elizabeth Lind; his daughters, Dr. Mackenzie Lind of Seattle, WA, Allentown and Hayley Lind of Jersey City, NJ.; his brothers, John Lind (Stephanie) of Cranberry Township, PA, Gordon Lind of Manheim, Jerald Lind (Tracy) of Lancaster and Douglas Forst (Cindy) of Tigard, OR; and his niece Madeline Lind.
