She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Goodrich and Margaret Goodrich (Colson). She is survived by: her son Duane A. Kavka Jr. (Tammy) of Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Kylie Jo and Kenna Elizabeth Kavka; her sisters, Barbara Relja (late John) of Elizabeth Twp, Joan Jordan (Bruce) of North Huntingdon and Sherri Jenkins (Bill) of Forward Twp; and her sister-in-law Netta Goodrich of Forward Twp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
