She is survived by: her children, Cher Moser (Kevin) of West Mifflin, Rena Stirling (Chriss) of Glassport, Lee Ann Bailey (Dustin Ginsburg) of Elizabeth and Leonard R. Bailey III (Michelle) of Elrama; her grandchildren, Derek, Leonard IV, Dylan, Abby, Alexis, Natalie and Nathan; and her brothers, John Cain Jr. (Susan) of Grindstone and James Cain (Chris) of Floreffe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
