She is survived by: her mother Barbara Bishop (Marcin); her husband Charles "Chuck" Smith, Jr.; her children, CJ Smith (Shannon) of State College and Kayla Giannuzzi (Andrew) of Finleyville; her grandchildren, Sydney, Bailey, Audrina, Carter and Elijah; her brother John Polefko (Shauna); her siblings-in-law, Michelle Smith-King and Mike Smith; her nephew John Polefko; and her nieces, Ava and Alana Smith. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
