He was predeceased by: his siblings, William "Boots" McCormick, Mary Barton, Helen Phillips and Doris Kildow. He is survived by: his wife D. Jacqueline McCormick (Garner); his children, Lynd R. McCormick (Lisa) of Finleyville, PA, Kendal R. Miller (Lenny) of Dillsboro, IN, Curtis L. McCormick of Elizabeth and Linda L. Plavchak (Richard) of Belle Vernon, PA; and his grandchildren, Jason McCormick (Korey), Shane McCormick, Jacob, Joshua and Ashley Plavchak.
