He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Golik and Sophia P. Golik (Haupt). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Golik (Keilbach); and his children, Tammi Opfer (Harry), Sandy Anderson, Tom Golik (Lynn) and Tim Golik (Kim). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
In order to comply with Covid-19 restrictions, attendance will be limited to 25 people at any given time inside the funeral home. Guests are required to wear masks and follow CDC social distancing guidelines.
