Matyasovsky, Jr. (Jennifer O'Leary) of Mount Vernon and James Thomas Matyasovsky (Lauren) of Mount Vernon; and his grandchildren, Ivan Matyasovsky, Nadia Matyasovsky, Miles Matyasovsky and Lucas Matyasovsky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
