He was predeceased by: his former wife Deborah. He is survived by: his children, Paul Salmons (Kaela Dudek) of Elizabeth, Ben Schmeltz of Forward Twp, Jerome Schmeltz (Bernadette) of Kittaning, Heather Miracle of South Carolina and Rhonda Schmeltz. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and numerous brothers and sisters.
