He is survived by: his wife Kathy Pavlik (Webb); his children, John S. Pavlik, III, Bethel Park, Marshal Dylan Pavlik of Elizabeth Twp and Nicole McNeil (Jerry Haeffel) of South Bend, IN; his grandchildren, Emerson and Rose; his sister Janice Kalogeras (Mike) of Bethel Park; his niece Jessica Roolf of Buena Vista; his great-nieces, Alaina, Ava and Abigail; and his pet Misha. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
