It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Lazar of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Lazar and Frances Lazar (Konieczny). He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Lazar (Moxin); his children, Kathleen Sorton of Elizabeth Twp and Daniel Lazar of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Larry Sorton of Scott Twp, Sarah Smith (William) of Elizabeth Twp and Emily Sorton of Elizabeth Twp; and his brothers, Doug Lazar, Francie Lazar and Art Lazar. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
