He is survived by: his parent Martha Hoak (McLean); his wife Carol A. Hoak (Kite); his sons, John B. Hoak (Jessie Sedlock), Jeffrey T. Hoak (Tabatha) of Elizabeth Township and Jason C. Hoak (Melissa Kelly) of Pittsburgh; his sister Martha Jane Donaldson of Buena Vista; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Alysa), Jacob, Randy, Jason, Ashley and Julia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, and many brother-in-laws, and sister-in-laws.
