He is survived by: his parents, Renee Petty (Beluscak) and Mac Petty of White Oak; his brother Michael Belliconish (Jaime) of Elizabeth Township; his grandparents, Patricia George of Tionesta and Don Beluscak of Glassport; his aunt Marijane Beluscak (Mike); his uncles, Richard Beluscak and Christopher George (Lisa); his nephews, Evan and Gabriel Belliconish; and his niece Gracie Belliconish.
