"Dave" Smith and Maureen Smith (Holko) of Elizabeth Twp; his brother Scott David Smith (Beth) of Pittsburgh; his uncle Paul "Pete" Smith of Georgetown, TX; his aunt Stephene Broman (Holko) of West Mifflin; and his cousins, Heidi Peters (Broman), Todd Peters, Allison Peters and Owen Peters.
