She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Neal and Ada Neal (Trainor); her husband William S. O'Neil; and her granddaughter Caitlyn. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Hawkins (Mike Ferraton) of Forward Twp, Janet Richardson of McKeesport and Lindsay O'Neil of Bellevue; and her grandchildren, Layla, Steven and Liam. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
