He is survived by: his parent Catherine Weitzel (O'Sullivan); his children, Carrie Martincic (Jack) of Forward Twp, Carla Saracco (John) of Elizabeth and Glenn Goldbaugh (Nancy) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Joshua, Joseph, Jacquelyn, Courtney, Stacie, Theresa, James Blaine Jr., Christopher, Amy, Glenn Jr., Justin and Jacob; his great grandchild Rose; and his son-in-law James Blaine Williams of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
