He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dale Turner Sr. and Phyllis Irene Turner (Lynch); his wife Kathryn J. Turner (Kopp); and his brother Timothy L. Turner. He is survived by: his children, Amy Morosko (Ron) of Elizabeth Twp and Randy Turner (Dana) of West Mifflin; his grandchildren, Alex, Aden, Ethan Morosko, Jason, Ashley, Ryan and Eva Turner; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Bryce, Nolan and Wyatt; and his brothers, Edward A. Turner (Melissa) of Addison and Thomas Turner (Darla) of Elizabeth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
