He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Puckey, Sr. and Lillian F. Puckey (Russell); and his wife Blanche F. Puckey (Aldridge). He is survived by: his children, James C. Puckey, Jr. (Bonnie) of Finleyville and Joyce Reed (Jim) of Belle Vernon; his grandchildren, Matthew Puckey (Rebekah), Noah Reed (Hannah), Gabriel Reed, Samantha Hohn (Ryan), Megan Hoffman (Austin), James Reed, Kristina Walton (Casey), Megan Sonson (Jason) and Amanda Poland (Bryant McCallum); his great grandchildren, Makayla, Alexander, Nicholas, Dylan, Madison, Austin, Wyatt, Savannah, Meadow, Forest, Landon and Adalynn Mae; and his siblings, Ruth A. Thomas of Lincoln Borough, Nancy Sanutelli (Robert) of Elizabeth Twp and William Puckey (Barbara) of West Newton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
