It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Edward Dougherty of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Dougherty and Catherine Marie Dougherty (Reilly). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Dougherty (Badger) of Eagleville; his sisters, Mary Grove of Norristown, Ann Tyler (Peter) of Eagleville and Catherine Cleaver (Bill) of Audubon; his mother-in-law Wilma K. Badger of Eagleville; and his grandchildren, Gabriel James Franks, Leah Elizabeth Franks and Noah Reilly Franks. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
