He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barlow and Mary Barlow (Openshaw); and his siblings, Nancy Barlow and John Barlow. He is survived by: his sister Sarah Barlow Kennedy of Grove City; and his sister-in-law Betsy Barlow of Addison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
