He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ralston and Isabell Ralston; his daughters, Glennie Sue Lowery of Virginia and Darl Ralston of Virginia; his brothers, Sam of North Carolina and Joe of Freedom; his nephew Chipper Johnston; and his parents-in-law, Finley and Elizabeth Clarke.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Ralston (Clarke); his daughter Lois Trainer of California; his siblings, Glen Ralston (Linda) of Florida and Nancy Bauer (Bill) of Florida; his niece Sue Unen (Rich) of Florida; his nephew Tom Ralston of Freedom; his brother-in-law Dick Clarke (Joann) of Monaca; his nephews, Doug Clarke (Cathy) and Jeff Clarke (Donna); his niece Laurie Clarke; his close friends, Kevin and Lori Smith; and also, Cara and Ross Pryor.
