He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth Dunbar (Pryor) and Harry Dunbar; his wife Elizabeth; his daughters, Cheri Dunbar and Sandy Kroeber (Mal); his grandchildren, Ryan Nolan, Kelsey Dawson (Shea) and Victoria Dunbar; his great grandchild Charlotte Rose Dawson; his brother Larry Dunbar (Peggy); his half-brother Royce Dunbar (Brenda); and his friend Jim McLaughlin. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to London Grove Monthly Meeting.
