He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Palermo and Maria Incornata Bochicchio Palermo. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Marie Dowse; his children, Jerry Joe Palermo (Susan, Mayfield, Frank), Dunmore Brink, Allen Brink (Kelly, Factoryville), Marion Tremmel (Kenneth, Alburtis) and Carey Garvey (Todd, Scranton); his former wife Elizabeth J. Gabriel; and his siblings, Vincent, Joe, Frank, Elizabeth Gombar, Lucy Santarsiero and Marie Fedesky. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and his favorite pet.
