He was predeceased by: his sister Gretchen. He is survived by: his wife Anita Burgard (Rodites); his sons, Anthony Burgard (Alysa) of Elizabeth, Nicholas Burgard of Wilkins Twp and Matthew Burgard; his grandchild Braeden Burgard; and his siblings, Louise Churik (Albert "Jerry") of Plum and L. Paul (late Kathleen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
