He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; and his nieces and nephews, Rosanne Mulcahy, Moira Coyle, Megan Welsh, Jeannie Schoolmeester, Katie Henderson, John Fox, Michael Fox, Peter Fox, Kathleen Whitney, Ann Cannon, Joan Fox and Beth Fox.
