It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Semow (Elizabeth, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 25, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Vay (Supernovich) and Philip J. Semow; her son Scott Semow (Tracy) of Greensburg; her granddaughters, Grace and Audrey Semow; and her siblings, Straub of Elizabeth Twp, Adolph Vay (Darlene) of Elizabeth Twp and Madalene Vay. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
