She was predeceased by: her parents, John Balog and Susan Balog (Lucas); her former husband George E. Ocilka; and her sister Carol Heck. She is survived by: her husband Roderick P. Sullivan; her sons, George Ocilka (Cynthia) of Boiling Springs, SC, David Ocilka (Lynn) of Chester Springs and John Ocilka (Angie) of Elizabeth Twp; and her sister Mary Ann Stash of Waynesburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
