She is survived by: her husband Scott A Oblak; her children, Misty L. Jones of Uniontown and Kenneth W. Mayfield III of West Newton; her stepchildren, Estella Lewis of Greensburg, Franklin A. Oblak of Somerset and Zachary D. Oblak of Arona; her siblings, Lauri Ehredt (David) of Boise, Jennifer Spencer of Munhall, Steven Poorman (Joy) of Elizabeth, T. J and Paul Poorman of Clairton; her grandchildren, Owen, Lexus, Aiden, Sookie, Gage, Salem, Danyel and Theresa; her close friend Stephanie Short (Rob); and her children, Taylor of Irwin and Maxwell of Irwin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
